Yes, we specialize in supporting organizations that are building their Salesforce instance from the ground up. Our Business Systems Analysts and Salesforce Administrators will review your organization's existing processes and applications to create the framework of your new Salesforce instance. From there, we develop and execute our phased plans detailing when and what implementations and migrations are needed to ensure a smooth transition.
We do provide Managed Services packages where our Salesforce Administrator teams are contracted for Salesforce administrative support as needed.

We understand that scopes can change as work progresses on projects. Change Request Processes and Communication Plans are included as part of our initial project agreements to address these types of situations if/when they arise.
